NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER:
Do you live authentically for Christ? What is an authentic life, side effects
authentic friendships, more about
an authentic marriage?  How does being a Christian impact your career, your dating and other aspects of your life?
These are questions that I struggled with for years and still struggle with at times. For years, I found myself not being honest when I thought about those questions.  While raised in a Christian home, I tried to walk my own path for many years. With only a superficial understanding of the Gospel, I tried to flee from Christ, but He never took His hand off of my shoulder. I am so thankful that He let me go through those troubles to break my heart and let me see a better way – His way.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.†(Proverbs 27:17).
Repentance means more than asking for forgiveness alone. It means to turn away from sin and the decisions that lead us away from God’s word. Repentance is made real by walking in the pathway of righteousness (or trying to). We are always growing in one direction or another. Thank you for helping us in our desire to grow in the Lord, and we pray that we may do the same for you.
Authentic Christian Living was founded as way for us to grow together in a relationship with Jesus Christ, to challenge each other through authentic friendships and to support our brothers and sisters in the love of Jesus Christ. We seek to provide resources from a Biblical viewpoint to encourage you, evoke respectful discussion among believers and non-believers and equip a community to pursue His will.
